2. Print and Fax to: 706-542-4412 with the heading “ATTN: CarboSource Services”.

3. Or send as an email attachment to: carbosource"at"ccrc.uga.edu (replace "at" with @ in actual address).

4. You will receive an order confirmation by email within one working day.

5. If you do NOT, please contact us immediately.

6. Please provide all requested information, including a shipping preference (UPS).

7. A contact name and email address are required.

8. You will receive an email notification when the order is shipped.

9. An invoice will be sent with the order, unless a separate address is indicated. Payment options include check, money order, wire transfer and credit card.
