July 12 2007 The CCRC is now providing a mirror site for the WallBioNet site (see "Links" page). A "Experimental protocols" page has been added. This page will be updated with new procedures as they become available.
Sept 28 2006 The personnel page has been updated. Seven new monoclonal antibodies (JIM19, JIM84, JIM101, JIM132, JIM136, JIM137, and CCRC-M38) have been added to the antibody list.
Sept 5 2005 Seven new monoclonal antibodies (JIM17, CCRC-M30, CCRC-M31, CCRC-M32, CCRC-M34, CCRC-M36, and CCRC-M37) have been added to the antibody list.
May 6 2005: Four monoclonal antibodies (CCRC-M8, JIM13, JIM14, and JIM15) have been added to the antibody list Drs Zoe Popper and Tracey Bootten are generating wall poly/oligosaccharide-protein conjugates for use as antigens. Dr. Sivakumar Pattathil is determining the epitope recognized by the CCRC-M2 monoclonal antibody. Dr. Xiangming Zhu is developing methods to chemically synthesize arabinose and galactose-containing oligosaccharides. Two graduate students (James Neves and Yu Rao) have joined Geert-Jan Boons group and will be developing methods to chemically synthesize arabinose and galactose-containing oligosaccharides. Xiuqin Xia and Ray Rossi have joined the monoclonal antibody facility. 1 October 2004:
